Shipping Timelines:


At this time, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand our reach in the future, so stay tuned!

Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 1–7 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year, especially during the holidays. If you need your order in a hurry, just reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
 Please note that carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping Costs
 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Stickers & Greeting Cards
 Stickers and greeting cards are shipped directly from our studio. Each one is carefully packed in a protective cellophane sleeve before being placed in a rigid mailer or envelope to keep them clean and safe during shipping and opening.

Art Prints
 Art prints are fulfilled by our print partner and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube to prevent surface damage in transit.



Returns:

I want you to love your product as much as I love creating it! But if you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping with a tracking number.

  • Returned items must be in original condition—unmarked and undamaged.

  • You must email us and receive an authorization before you mail us any items back.

Damage items:

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or  if you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
