Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand our reach in the future, so stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 1–7 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year, especially during the holidays. If you need your order in a hurry, just reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!Please note that carrier delays are outside our control.
Are your products ready to ship or made to order?
Our greeting cards and vinyl stickers ship directly from our studio.Art prints are made to order and ship straight to you from our trusted printing partners.
What kind of paper are the art prints made on?
Each art print is printed on high-quality, archival art paper for rich color and longevity. Prints are carefully packaged in a mail tube to keep them safe during delivery.
What is your return policy?
I want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Please note:
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping with a tracking number.
- Returned items must be in original condition—unmarked and undamaged.
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so I can resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Do you offer framing options?
Not at the moment. I believe choosing your own frame adds a personal touch and helps your artwork feel right at home in your space.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Serenata Paper Co is currently online-only. This allows me to focus on creating meaningful art and connecting with you directly.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do! If you’d like to give someone the joy of choosing their own favorite piece, just reach out via the contact page with the desired amount. Please note: Gift certificates are non-refundable.
